- Rates are based upon capacity. 5.00 per person per nite will be added to your total.
- Deposit of 100.00 is required upon reserving for all units.
- If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your reservation, you will be billed for entire stay, unless we can rebook.
- All cancellations will be charged a 25.00 fee.
- Holiday Weekends (Mem.Day, July 4th, Labor Day) require a 3 night stay.
- From June 15 to Aug. 15. All houses must be reserved for the entire week. We can reserve any number of nights for you, however, if someone books the entire week, you will be bumped.
- Reservations are taken one year in advance. Persons staying
in unit will have first chance to reserve for the following
year.
- No Pets and No Smoking are allowed in any of our units. No exceptions.
- Off-season rates are also available, please contact us for information.
- Dock tie-up is available on a per day basis. Please contact us for rates and availability.
- Camp sites are $20.00 per night and include water, elec. (30amp), cable. Please call for availability.
